Amanda Sheombar
Amanda has more than 30 years of experience both domestically and internationally in the process industry (oil & gas and mining), process automation and control, organizational auditing, and the implementation of quality management systems across production, healthcare, and the service sector.
Additionally, Amanda is the director of S-TQS, a consultancy and engineering company that specializes in technical and quality solutions aimed at optimizing business processes, improving production performance, and enhancing product quality, within the process industry, healthcare, and service sector.
Wies Haverkamp
Wies possesses more than 30 years of experience as an independent medical professional in both domestic and international healthcare settings (midwife, sonographer, trainer). She also has a solid business background. Over the past 15 years, she has acquired expertise in project-based and process-oriented work, conducting assessments (quality) and internal audits. As a consultant, she assists organizations in establishing, implementing, and sustaining quality management systems (including ISO 9001:2015) and provides coaching to employees in this area. Her primary strengths are predominantly in the service sector.
Sharon Mac Donald
Sharon possesses over 25 years of experience as a food technologist within the agro- and food processing sectors, both domestically and internationally. She is the director and founder of Poly Formis Consultants, a consultancy firm specializing in the agro- and food industry. Her company provides a range of services, including consultancy, training, project management, audits, and Research & Development. Sharon assists organizations in enhancing and innovating their processes, systems, and products in alignment with international standards. She has played a pivotal role in establishing essential quality processes in Suriname from the outset, culminating in their recent completion. In collaboration with the VSB, ASFA, and the ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation and Trade and Industry (PPP). Poly Formis Consultants initiated and monitored quality projects during that period. More than 300 companies have benefited from guidance towards certification at a reduced cost.
